Board Meeting
September 1st, 2011
Board Members Present:
• Cyndie Winchell, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, Mike Lilley, & Tom Walter
Roll Call:
• Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Mike Huber approved the
minutes and Paula Niccum seconded.
Approval of the minutes: There were no minutes to approve.
Financial Report:
• Tom Walter approved the Financial Report and Mike Huber seconded.
Public Input:
• There was no public input.
Old Business:
• General topics were discussed.
New Business:
• Board elections were discussed regarding Mike Huber and Tom Walter. No other home
owners are volunteering to be elected to the board.
• Director Compensation and the months each members would be paid for was discussed.
• Back flow Preventers were discussed. It was discussed that a possible problem in our
water contamination was caused by water flowing back into our water system from home
owner’s yard sprinkler systems.
• It was discussed that one of the home owners is failing to pay the monthly water bill and
that they may have to be shut down till they do pay soon. This resident has been a
continued problem. Another home owner has requested an extension on their bill till
October. This was granted by the board.
• Church Meeting Room Rental: A raise in the room donation from $50 to $75 was
suggested and granted by the board. The church has been very cooperative in the past
when ever it is needed.

seconded.
