Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water & Sewer District

Board Meeting

Roll Call:

• Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Mike Lilley made

motion to accept: Tom Walter seconded; we all accepted.

Financial Report:

• Due to complications in the County records financial records were not available.

Approval of the Minutes:

• Mike Lilley made motion to accept and Mike Huber seconded.

Public Input:

• There was no public input.

Old Business:

• With the exception of a few minor finishing touches by Sperry Pump Service

everything is working fine at the sewer pump station. One new pump was

installed and a change from double phase wiring was changed to single phase.

• We currently have a water leak above our new water tank. It is currently being

checked and should be repaired soon.

• We discussed board member election coming up soon.

New Business:

• We are exited to meet our new bookkeeper, Donna Hollensteiner. We look

forward to working with her in the future.
