A resolution authorizing signing a contract with our water operator
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been utilizing the services of Brian Hensel as our contracted water operator; and
WHEREAS, Brian’s contract with the District needs to be renewed; and
WHEREAS, Brian has been performing his duties at the same rate since 2007; and
WHEREAS, the District is extremely happy with Brian’s performance and conduct as our water operator, and wishes the relationship to continue.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District enter into a new contract with Brian Hensel to fulfill the duties of water operator for the District, increasing his base pay by $50 per month from his previous contract.
