Public Input
• There was no pubic input.Old Business
• Were still having problems with one of the pumps at the well house with electrical
problems. Were hoping to get them repaired or replaced soon. We are hoping for
a warranty help out.
• We discussed the issue with one of the residents not paying their water bill. It is
closing in on shutting off the water soon if it isn’t paid.
New Business
• We were introduced to our new bookkeeper and Meter reader. His name is Mel.
The transition has caused some mix ups in our billing process and checking
meters on time. The water bills are running a little late at this time. Mel assures
us everything will come together soon.
• We discussed proper compensation to the Church we have used in Bonner when
the school wasn’t available. We were settling on approximately $50. Bill
Engelstad will work on this matter.
• Bill Engelstad announced he may be moving as soon as his house is sold. We all
will surely miss all his dedication and hard work with the board.
• A letter will be written to those residents bordering the sewer lot. They have been
dumping limbs and cut grass over their fence. This has become both and eye sore
and the stench from the cut grass can become unacceptable.
Adjournment:
• Mike Huber made motion to adjourn—Bill Engelstad seconded.
