Meeting Minutes

June 3rd, 2010 07:00 PM at Residence of Mike Lilley

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7 pm.  Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Bill Engelstad, Tom Walter, and Paula Niccum attended.

Approval of Minutes:

• Bill made the motion to approve, and Mike Huber seconded, approval of minutes from the previous meeting.

Financial Information:

• Mike Lilley presented the financials.  Mike Huber moved, and Bill seconded, the acceptance as read.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

• None

New Business:

• Our Liability Insurance was renewed at the same price as last year.
• Our water system has blown 2 mag-starters so far. The mag starter starts the pumps in the wellhouse.  We lost the same starter and replaced it last October. The board will review this and possibly vote to replace the starter with a more state of the art starter.  Hopefully we will receive a warranty on the last starter to help pay for a more modern starter.  Bill Engelstad will work with Brian and Dan Stevens to resolve the issue.
• A check valve broke in the pump house recently.  It was repaired and everything is doing fine.
• The Bond payment is due July 1st.  Mike Lilley move, and Cyndie seconded, that we adopt Resolution 2010-01 for the bond payment.
