7:30: PM Public Hearing Comes To Order 

Board Members Present: 

• Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Bill Engelstad, Mike Huber, Tom Walter 

Also Attending: 

• Paula Niccum, Toni Niccum, and Kay Bateman

Discussion: Ordinance No 1-2010

• Cyndie Winchell read Ordinance No 1-2010 (second reading) for public

comment. 

• Understanding of the need for the increase was unanimous. It was also agreed

that increasing the proposed $60.00 for 20,000 gallons was more favored than the

9500 gallons for $55.00.
