Board Members Present: 

• Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Bill Engelstad, Mike Huber, Tom Walter 

Also Attending: 

• Paula Niccum, Toni Niccum, and Kay Bateman

Roll Call: 

• Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

Approval of the Minutes: 

• Board members approved the minutes for January 7th, 2010. Mike Lilley made

motion and Mike Huber seconded. 

Financial Report: 

• Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Other than one house that was for sale

and not paying their monthly rates everyone is paid up. 

• Metered water sales brought in $1,277.40 bringing the YTD total to $24,121. 

• Sewer Service charges brought in $44.00 bringing the YTD total to $1,041.38.

• Total expenditures for the month of January were $6,229.58.
