Roll Call

• Board members present: President Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Bill

Engelstad, and Tom Walter

• Non-member attending: Paula Niccum

Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Mile Lilley motioned & Mike Huber

seconded.

Approval of the Minutes

• Board members approved the minutes for November 5th, 2009.

• Mike Lilley made motion Bill Engelstad seconded.

Financial Report

• Mike Lilley reported that all members are pretty much up to date with their water bills.

• December becomes the final month of our warranty on our new water system.

New Business

• We have made two payments January 01, 2009 and July 01, 2009 towards our new water

system. We will make two payments each year, one January 1st, and one July 1st each

being approximately $6,000. We have 38 more payments left, which will take till July 1st

2028. We will have paid, with interest, $232,993.98.

• We discussed the newsletter we will be sending out to all members of our water and

sewer district. We should be sending it out soon to the members, hopefully to generate

some interests in the new water rate system.

Old Business

• Everything is working with our water and sewer system at this time. There is no required

chlorination at this time.

• Mike Nelson made the comment to Bill Engelstad that he didn’t want to cut our drain

field grass anymore after this year. We discussed who or what we may do next year. We

are going to speak to Mike Nelson again to see what it will take to continue to use him.
