A resolution authorizing director compensation for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2009
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was formed in accordance with all pertinent sections of M.C.A and
WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws providing for compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $10 for each month during which they actually attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2008, the various directors attended meetings during months as listed below:
