A resolution amending the bylaws of the district
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District established bylaws on October 7th, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the District’s Bylaws called for director compensation to be paid after the end of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the District subsequently changed its Fiscal Year to coincide with that of Missoula County; and
WHEREAS, the District needs to change its bylaws to conform to the new Fiscal Year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District amend the Bylaws by changing the director compensation month from January to August.
