A resolution accepting assignment of contract with great west engineering
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, Missoula County signed the Sunny Meadows Water Improvements Project Contract with Great West Engineering dated January 18, 2006 on behalf of the to-be-formed District; and
WHEREAS, the District was subsequently formed subject to all pertinent sections of M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District desires to continue the contract with Great West Engineering in completing its Water Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, in order to continue using the contract, the District must accept assignment of the contract from Missoula County; and
WHEREAS, Great West Engineering and Missoula County have both approved assigning Missoula County’s interest in the contract to the District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District accept the assignment of the Sunny Meadows Water Improvements contract with Great West Engineering dated January 18, 2006.
