A resolution Authorizing the search for A grant administrator
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has applied for grant funding from two state agencies; and
WHEREAS, the District, if funds are awarded to it, will require a grant administrator to comply with funding agency guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the District will need to comply with funding agency guidelines in the search for a qualified grant administrator; and
WHEREAS, the District can comply with agency guidelines using a limited solicitation approach.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize the contract committee to use a limited solicitation to 3 to 5 vendors to attempt to procure a grant administrator, unless directed to send more solicitations by TSEP.
