RESOLUTION # 2006-2

RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE FINAL PRELIMINARY

WHEREAS, the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District, Montana has

completed a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to identify needs in the District’s water

system;

WHEREAS, the PER has identified needs for the District’s water supply, treatment, storage and

distribution facilities;

WHEREAS, the PER provides recommendations for improvements to remedy the District’s water

system needs;

WHEREAS, the PER provides recommendations for financing the recommended water system

improvements;

WHEREAS, the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District, Montana has the

legal jurisdiction and authority to construct, finance, operate and maintain the water system;

WHEREAS, the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District, Montana held a

public meeting to review the PER, review the recommended funding alternative, and solicit public

comment;

The Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District, Montana adopts the Final PER

and the PER funding recommendation for completion of water system improvements.
