Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h2>\n

Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n

October 22nd, 2026 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n

Roll Call:\u00a0 Dusty, Meggan, Michael, Cyndie and Paula were present.\u00a0 Homeowner Tom Walter also attended.<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 Meggan made a motion to approve the minutes, Michael seconded.\u00a0 Motion passed and minutes were approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information:\u00a0 Meggan. Robbie, Cyndie and Paula met to look at the financial reports received from the county using the new system.\u00a0 It is slightly less confusing but still a work in progress.\u00a0 Robbie had some good information.\u00a0 Meggan went over the most recent financial report.\u00a0 Dusty made a motion to approve them, Paula seconded.\u00a0 Motion passed and financial report was approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n

Old Business:\u00a0 The temporary fix at the well pumps is still working while Great West works to develop a permanent solution and explores grant resources for the district.<\/span><\/p>\n

The readings from the booster station indicate that the\u00a0 replacement of the pressure tank at the booster station and the service line repair at the residence on the hill has significantly reduced our power use at the station.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Curbstop contact sheet and As-Builts for IMEG-\u00a0 Paula and Cyndie will drive around the district and add curbstop locations to a contact list we have created to give to Daniel at IMEG.\u00a0 Cyndie has physical copies of As-Builts, we will add the locations of the new curbstops to them and get them to Meggan so she can get them copied to a digital format.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Website:\u00a0 Still looking for Mike’s replacement to either update and manage or develop a new website for us.\u00a0 His contract expires December 31.\u00a0 Cyndie and Paula (& hopefully Meggan) will be meeting with candidates next week.<\/strong><\/p>\n

811 line location ticketing service:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ordinance review still pending.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jeff Skelton has mowed the sewer lot, we have not received an invoice from him yet.<\/strong><\/p>\n
