{"id":17339,"date":"2025-12-16T16:35:40","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T23:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=17339"},"modified":"2026-01-22T14:31:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T21:31:18","slug":"resolution-2025-05-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=17339","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2026-1 ARPA Final Draw #20"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>A RESOLUTION 2026-1\u00a0 FOR ARPA FINAL DRAW #20<\/h4>\n<h5 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;font-weight: bold;font-size: normal\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h5>\n<h5><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/h5>\n<h5><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District has contracted with Great West Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA (American Rescue Fund Act) disbursements;\u00a0 and<\/h5>\n<h5>WHEREAS<strong>,<\/strong> in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and<\/h5>\n<h5>WHEREAS<strong>,<\/strong> in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and<\/h5>\n<h5>WHEREAS<strong>, <\/strong>the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw #20 are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved for submittal by the District Board of Directors<\/h5>\n<h5><span class=\"resolved\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED<\/span><strong><span class=\"resolved\">,<\/span><\/strong> that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw #20 for payment to Great West Engineering invoice #37515 for $2,427.55 (two thousand four hundred twenty seven dollars and fifty five cents) and invoice #38528 for 1,597.50 ( one thousand five hundred ninty seven dollars and fifty cents);\u00a0 \u00a0Advanced Pump Service invoice #1956 for $610.00 (six hundred ten dollars and zero cents); Invoice 1563 for Rocky Mountain Industrial Controls Inc.
