A RESOLUTION 2025- 09\u00a0 DONATION TO EAST MISSOULA FIRE DEPARTMENT<\/h4>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District holds its meetings on the last Thursday of each month unless a holiday requires moving it to\u00a0 the third Thursday or an acceptable date, SMS message will also be sent ; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District holds its meeting in the East Missoula Fire Department meeting room; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/strong>\u00a0 the East Missoula Fire department is flexible in allowing extra meetings as needed; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/strong> renting an alternative location to hold its meetings would be substantially more costly to the District; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/strong> it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the East Missoula Fire Department for allowing the District the use of its facilities<\/h5>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> <\/strong>that the District authorizes a donation to the East Missoula Fire Department in the amount of $350.00 (three hundred fifty dollars and zero cents). It further directs any and all board members to sign whatever documentation is required for prompt payment.<\/h5>\n
