Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h3>\n

Meeting to be held at East Missoula Fire Department<\/p>\n

    1. Project update- Discussion with Amy<\/li>\n
    2. Telemetry bid accepted and work to begin soon using funds from ARPA<\/li>\n
    3. Rate increase discussion- postponed until 2026<\/li>\n
    4. ARPA Compliance review- ongoing<\/li>\n
    5. Sewerline video and manhole at 4400 Edgewood to start in spring<\/li>\n
    6. New Operator contract and SOW in progress- Tami would like to discuss her role with the system and DEQ assessment of system and remedies for coliform hits<\/li>\n
    7. Review meter reads looking for and addressing system alerts for low\/high water use, leaks, faulty equipment. Checking also for compliance with backflow preventers and expansion tanks<\/li>\n
    8. Ordinance and By-law update in 2026<\/li>\n
    9. Curb stop maintanance info for homeowners with notice the District has tools to use by contacting system operator or a board member. District considering tutorial on proper maintanance and liability waiver.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    10. New Business<\/strong>\n

      1. Removal of shed on well house property<\/li>\n
      2. Ongoing issues with Missoula County Financial services regarding our monthy reports. Plan again to contact the County Commissioners<\/li>\n
      3. Board Compensation resolution and Fire Department donation resolution<\/li>\n
      4. Bond payments coming in December and since our meeting will be changed to the 17th we should be able to personally approve them in time for year end.<\/li>\n
      5. Meggan proposes we go to autosurvey to track attendance for board of directors making it easier for Paula to account for at end of the year<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
