TANK MAINTENANCE<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18.72px;font-weight: bold\">A RESOLUTION FOR WEED MITIGATION &amp; TANK MAINTENANCE\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;font-weight: bold;font-size: normal\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h4>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\"><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District has the responsibility to maintain the property it owns; and<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS, <\/strong>Michael Bushey, a resident of the District, performed the necessary work needed on the Tank lot\u00a0 so repairs could be performed easily and the property maintained;
