A RESOLUTION\u00a0 2025-04 FOR ARPA DRAW #19<\/h4>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District has contracted with Great West Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA (American Rescue Fund Act) disbursements;\u00a0 and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/strong> in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS,<\/strong> in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and<\/h5>\n
WHEREAS, <\/strong>the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw #19 are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved for submittal by the District Board of Directors<\/h5>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span><\/strong> that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw #19 for payment to Great West Engineering invoice #35102 in the amount of $2,491.56 (two\u00a0 thousand four hundred ninety one dollars and fifty six cents); Ferguson Water Works invoice 913571 in the amount of $3,700.00\u00a0 (three thousand seven hundred\u00a0 dollars and zero cents);\u00a0 O’Keefe Drilling Company invoice # 25-84-08 in the amount of $29,730.25 (twenty nine thousand seven hundred thirty dollars and twenty five cents ) ; Great West Engineering invoice #35867 for 988.00 (nine hundred eighty eight dollars and zero cents) and Great West Engineering invoice #36306 for the amount of $456.00 (four hundred fifty six dollars and zero cents) and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.<\/h5>\n
