{"id":17110,"date":"2025-06-25T08:09:03","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T15:09:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=17110"},"modified":"2025-06-25T08:41:29","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T15:41:29","slug":"resolution-2025-03","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=17110","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2025-03 For Bond Payment WRF-09128"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>A RESOLUTION 2025-03 FOR BOND WRF-09128<\/h3>\n<h4>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h4>\n<h5><span class=\"resolved\"><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>,<\/span>\u00a0the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/h5>\n<h5><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0The district has issued bonds through the DNRC\u2019s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund SRF\/WRF program; and<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, said bonds have a payment due on or about July 1, 2025; and<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the payment due is $3,067.50 (three thousand\u00a0 sixty seven dollars and fifty cents); and<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong>\u00a0the District\u2019s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/h5>\n<h5><span class=\"resolved\"><strong>THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED<\/strong>,<\/span>\u00a0that the District authorizes payment as required by the SFR\/WRF program.
