January 23rd, 2025 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n

Roll Call:\u00a0 Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes, Michael seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information:\u00a0 December report read by Cyndie.\u00a0 Paula made a motion to approve, Dusty seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n

Old Business:\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Project Update-\u00a0 Still waiting for gaskets so the work can be completed at the well house.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Gary Winchell re-programmed the heater to a lower temperature, it had been set in the 70’s. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Cyndie has requested and is awaiting a solar bid in case we have remaining grant funds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dusty made a motion to purchase<\/strong> another year of support for our meter software, Paula seconded, motion carried and purchase approved.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bookkeeper transition: Brennan and Robbie are still working well together.\u00a0 Robbie needs to load our files on to QuickBooks, but the desktop version she has is no longer supported and she will have to purchase an online version.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easements:\u00a0 Dusty has recieved the completed easments for Bray, Freer & Bushey, he is waiting for Byrne and then will take them to the courthouse for filing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n

SMS issues and solution- Michael is working on getting a better SMS notification system for messages system users.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Verizon service we use for Telemetry has been put on Autopay.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Water Operator Review-\u00a0 February is usually one of the two meetings that Andy attends per year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Late fees-\u00a0 One of the people in excess of 90 days late on their bill has sent a partial payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Resolution 2025-01:\u00a0 ARPA DRAW #18:\u00a0 for payment to Great West Engineering invoice #34801 in the amount of $3,798.40 (three thousand seven hundred ninety eight dollars and forty cents); Scenic Excavation for the amount of $4,475.00 (four thousand four hundred seventy five dollars and zero cents); and invoice # 12881-1 to Mickelson Plumbing and Heating in the amount of $18,622.50 (eighteen thousand six hundred twenty two dollars and fifty cents).\u00a0 Dusty made a motion to approve payment, Michael seconded and motion carried, payment approved.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
