{"id":16974,"date":"2024-12-19T09:02:54","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T16:02:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16974"},"modified":"2024-12-19T09:17:17","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T16:17:17","slug":"resolution-2024-01-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16974","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2024-14 For Bond WRF-23522"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h2>A RESOLUTION 2024-14 FOR BOND WRF-23522<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;font-weight: bold;font-size: normal\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\"><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> The district has issued bonds through the DNRC&#8217;s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund SRF\/WRF program; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, said bonds have a payment due on or about January 1, 2025; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the payment due is $1,575.00 (one thousand five hundred seventy five dollars and zero cents); and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District&#8217;s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\"><strong>THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED<\/strong>,<\/span> that the District authorizes payment as required by the SFR\/WRF program.
