A RESOLUTION 2024-11 DIRECTOR COMPENSATION<\/h2>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h3>\n

WHEREAS<\/strong>,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District has adopted bylaws providing compensation to directors for each month during which they attend a meeting; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District \u00a0bylaws call for each board member to receive $30.00 (thirty dollars and zero cents) for each month they actually attend a meeting; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> during fiscal year 2024, the various directors attended the number of meetings listed below.<\/p>\n
