{"id":16955,"date":"2024-11-21T14:24:46","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T21:24:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16955"},"modified":"2024-11-21T14:55:32","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T21:55:32","slug":"resolution-2024-01-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16955","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2024-10 FOR DONATION TO EAST MISSOULA FIRE DEPARTMENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h2>A RESOLUTION 2024- 10\u00a0 DONATION TO EAST MISSOULA FIRE DEPARTMENT<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-transform: uppercase;font-weight: bold;font-size: normal\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h3>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District holds its meetings on the last Thursday of each month unless a holiday requires moving it to\u00a0 the third Thursday; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District holds its meeting in the East Missoula Fire Department meeting room; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong>\u00a0 the East Missoula Fire department is flexible in allowing extra meetings as needed; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> renting an alternative location to hold its meetings would be substantially more costly to the District; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the East Missoula Fire Department for allowing the District the use of its facilities<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> <\/strong>that the District authorizes a donation to the East Missoula Fire Department in the amount of $350.00 (three hundred fifty dollars and zero cents).
