Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h2>\n

Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n

May 23rd, 2024 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n

Roll Call: \u00a0Cyndie Winchel, Michael Bushey, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes: \u00a0Meggan made a motion to approve minutes as posted on website, Dusty seconded, motion carried <\/span>and minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information: \u00a0April report read, <\/span>they were labeled as May. Many mistakes were found- they can be addressed when the May financial report is received. Approval will be tabled until errors are addressed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n

Old Business: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Project Updates: \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Cyndie met with electricians and additional outlets were installed today.<\/p>\n

Paulson Electric will include the cost of the concrete pad with the generator bid. \u00a0The board discussed the merits of the generator and reviewed the bid. Dusty made a motion to not do the generator. \u00a0Paula seconded, motion carried and generator will not be considered at this time.
\nMickelson work is completed.
\nDirt work bid has not been received yet.
\nAmy checked with DEQ and we are ok to use Michael Bushey\u2019s line to give Michael and Gary Bray separate curb stops. \u00a0 Cyndie will meet with Mrs. Harrison and Mr. Bray.
\nDusty made a motion to re-route water to Bray and Bushey homes and cap the Harrison line at Water District expense. \u00a0Motion seconded and approved.<\/p>\n

Cyndie will revisit letter to homeowners and send it around for input. \u00a0Amy will help with engineering. \u00a0Work will paid for using contingency funds.<\/p>\n

Scada system needs to be set up to alert Andy to system problems.<\/p>\n

An issue with the new website was discussed, the addition or replacement of meters could disrupt the format of the system. \u00a0Dusty made a motion to pay Mike Lilley to address the issue. \u00a0Meggan seconded and motion passed.<\/p>\n

Bookkeeping SOW document- \u00a0Board members should review it again before next meeting.<\/p>\n

Brennan is beginning to work for the district.<\/p>\n
