The most recent reading will be at the top of the list, as shown here:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border aligncenter wp-image-16758 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/edit-readings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1140\" height=\"372\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the page that shows up, scroll down through all the entries looking for any that have &#8220;*** NO DATA FOUND ***&#8221; as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border aligncenter wp-image-16759 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/no-data-found.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1674\" height=\"142\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These are the items which were missing from the readings imported from your meter reading tablet. Those readings should be corrected manually before the bookkeeper issues invoices.<\/p>\n<p>To correct the readings, you can use the &#8220;Edit these Readings&#8221; button near the top left, as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border aligncenter wp-image-16760 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/edit-reading-btn.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"392\" height=\"201\" \/><br \/>\nThat makes the data fields editable. Once your edits are complete, use the &#8220;Save&#8221; button which replaces the &#8220;Edit these Readings&#8221; button at the top left.
