A RESOLUTION FOR THE DONATION TO EMFD<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0the District holds its meeting on the last Thursday of each month; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District holds its meeting in the East Missoula Fire Department meeting room; and\u00a0<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> the East Missoula Fire Department is flexible in allowing extra meetings as needed; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> renting an alternative location to hold its meeting would be substantially more costly to the District; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the East Missoula Fire Department for allowing the District the use of its facilities.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span><\/strong> that the District authorizes a donation to the East Missoula Fire Department in the amount of $350.00 (three hundred fifty dollars and zero cents). It further directs any and all board members to sign whatever documentation is required for prompt payment.<\/p>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th of December 2023.<\/p>\n
