{"id":16753,"date":"2024-01-25T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-26T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16753"},"modified":"2024-01-25T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T01:00:00","slug":"resolution-2023-15-srf-wrf-09128-bond-payment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16753","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2023&#8211;15 SRF\/WRF- 09128 Bond Payment"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h1>A RESOLUTION FOR SRF\/WRF- 09128 BOND PAYMENT<\/h1>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold; font-size: normal;\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span> <\/strong>the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0the District has issued bonds through the DNRC,s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund SRF\/WRF program; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> said bonds have a payment due on or about January 1, 2024; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the payment due is $3,168.75 (three thousand one hundred sixty eight dollars and seventy five cents); and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District&#8217;s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span><\/strong> that the District authorizes payment as required by the SRF\/WRF program.
