{"id":16748,"date":"2023-12-27T15:28:58","date_gmt":"2023-12-27T22:28:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16748"},"modified":"2023-12-27T15:28:58","modified_gmt":"2023-12-27T22:28:58","slug":"resolution-2023-14-srf-wrf-23522-bond-payment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16748","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2023-14 SRF\/WRF &#8211; 23522 Bond Payment"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h1>A RESOLUTION FOR SRF\/WRF &#8211; 23522 BOND PAYMENT<\/h1>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold; font-size: normal;\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0The District has issued bonds through the DNRC&#8217;S Drinking Water State Revolving Fund SRF\/WRF program; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> said bonds have a payment due on or about January 1, 2024; and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the payment due is $1,579.93 (one thousand five hundred seventy nine dollars and ninty three cents) and<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District&#8217;s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> <\/strong>that the District that the District authorizes payment as required by the SRF\/WRF program.
