A RESOLUTION FOR DIRECTOR COMPENSATION<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

WHEREAS<\/strong>,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0the District has adopted bylaws providing compensation of directorsfor eachmonth duringwhichthey attended a meeting; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/strong> the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30.00 (thirty dollars and 00 cents) for each month they actually attended a meeting; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS.<\/strong>\u00a0 during fiscal year 2023, the various directors attended the number of meetings listed below.<\/p>\n
