{"id":16727,"date":"2023-06-22T14:00:04","date_gmt":"2023-06-22T21:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16727"},"modified":"2023-06-22T14:00:04","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T21:00:04","slug":"resolution-2023-07-srf-wrf-09128-bond-payment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16727","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2023-07 SRF\/WRF-09128 Bond Payment"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h1>A RESOLUTION FOR SRF\/WRF-09128 BOND PAYMENT<\/h1>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold; font-size: normal;\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span><\/strong> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District has issued bonds through the DNRC&#8217;s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund\/WRF program; and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, said bonds have a payment due on or about July 3, 2023; and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, the payment due is $3, 202.50 ( three thousand two hundred two dollars and fifty cents); and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, the District&#8217;s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"resolved\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span><\/strong> that the District authorizes payment as required by the SRF\/WRF program.
