{"id":16712,"date":"2023-01-26T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16712"},"modified":"2023-01-26T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2023-01-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16712","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2023-01-26"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>January 26th, 2023 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: \u00a0Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: \u00a0Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on the website, Michael seconded, the motion passed and minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information: \u00a0Financial report will be given in February.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business: \u00a0 <br \/>System upgrade project update-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">One of the additional suggested improvements to the system is to install another hydrant on the hill at the top of Edgewood drive. \u00a0 The board determined the \u00a0water lines which serve the Bushey house are too small to supply adequate water to a hydrant. \u00a0Alternatives to enable the installation of another hydrant will be considered after the the primary system improvements are completed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The meters have been ordered but have not arrived yet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The drilling contractors are still waiting for a weather window.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business: \u00a0Application for a new insurance carrier:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The state is no longer providing an insurance program for small water districts (MAACO). \u00a0Cyndie is researching options with Payne West. \u00a0We have until June to find a new carrier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Both Andy and Julissa are invited to attend our next meeting for a mid year system assessment.\u00a0 Contracts will be reviewed at the meeting. \u00a0<br \/>Sewer lot issue: \u00a0Omnisite disconnected service to the alarm on the septic pump building after Verizon wouldn\u2019t support 3g alarm units. \u00a0 \u00a0Cyndie and Gary removed the unit and have sent it in to be upgraded and returned, which is much less expensive than replacing the unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Resolution for ARPA draw #5<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">A motion was made, seconded and approved to pay Great West Engineering for the last invoices received.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sign duty- February Paula, March Dusty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Motion to adjourn made, seconded and passed., meeting adjourned.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes January 26th, 2023 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department Roll Call: \u00a0Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum Approval of Minutes: \u00a0Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on the website, Michael seconded, the motion passed and minutes approved.
