font-size: 22px; text-transform: uppercase;\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span class=\"resolved\" style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold;\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span class=\"resolved\" style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold;\">WHEREAS,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0the District has issued bonds through the DNRC&#8217;s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program; and<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; font-weight: bold;\">WHEREAS,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0said bonds have a payment due on or about January 1, 20223 and<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; font-weight: bold;\">WHEREAS,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0the amount of the payment due is $2,225.00 (two thousand two hundredt twenty five dollars and 00 cents); and<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; font-weight: bold;\">WHEREAS,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0the District&#8217;s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;\"><span class=\"resolved\" style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold;\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span>\u00a0that the District\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">authorizes payment as required by the SRF program. \u00a0It further directs any or all board members to sign whatever documentation is required to facilitate prompt payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\">\n<div class=\"resolution-display\" style=\"font-family: Garamond;
