{"id":16708,"date":"2022-12-22T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-23T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16708"},"modified":"2022-12-22T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-23T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2022-12-22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16708","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2022-12-22"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>December 22nd, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<h1><em>The meeting was held on Zoom due to extreme cold weather conditions. \u00a0The change of meeting notice and the zoom link was posted at the East Missoula Fire Station and on the website home page.<\/em><\/h1>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: \u00a0Cyndie, Meggan, Michael, Dusty and Paula<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: \u00a0A motion was made to approve the minutes as posted on the site. \u00a0Motion seconded and passed, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information: \u00a0November financial report from the county was read. \u00a0A motion to approve the minutes was made, seconded and passed and financials were approved. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>System upgrade project- \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Cyndie and Paula met with Great West and contractors to go over construction plans. \u00a0The diagonal drilling company is ready and waiting for a good weather window to perform the work. \u00a0When it looks promising they will contact the affected property owners with 24 hours notice if possible. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Great west has nothing more to report this month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;Meggan has purchased a tablet for reading the new meters. \u00a0Julissa asked whether she would be able to take it home with her. \u00a0The board discussed and determined that the tablet should be left in the newly constructed well house. \u00a0There should be a place inside the well house where it can be left to charge between readings. \u00a0The board will also look into some kind of protective case for the tablet.<\/li>\n<li>The board discussed replacing the mag meters in the well house while the other work is being done. \u00a0<br \/>Dusty, Meggan and Cyndie will meet to complete census forms required by state.<\/li>\n<li>Paula has sign duty for January and February.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and passed, meeting adjourned.<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes December 22nd, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department The meeting was held on Zoom due to extreme cold weather conditions. \u00a0The change of meeting notice and the zoom link was posted at the East Missoula Fire Station and on the website home page.
