{"id":16703,"date":"2022-11-15T16:11:52","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T23:11:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16703"},"modified":"2022-11-15T16:11:52","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T23:11:52","slug":"resolution-2022-13-approving-purchase-of-sensus-water-meter-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16703","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2022-13 Approving Purchase of Sensus Water Meter System"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"resolution-display\">\n<h1>A RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF SENSUS WATER METER SYSTEM..<\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold; font-size: normal;\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of its property as deemed necessary and is tasked with assuring the District has up to date equipment; and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, most of the Districts meters have exceeded their warranty by several years and the District has the opportunity to replace our current meter system using acquired ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act)\u00a0grant funds; and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, the District must follow the necessary procedures set forth by the DNRC and ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) to proceed with the purchase and payment of the purchase; and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, the District has received bids for the meter system replacement and found these bids to be reasonable and replacement necessary and prudent; and<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, the amount for the purchase of the Sensus meter system bid is $30,217.34 (thirty thousand two hundred seventeen dollars and thirty four cents)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> that the District authorizes the purchase of the Sensus water meter replacement system.
