and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px\"><strong><span class=\"resolved\" style=\"text-transform: uppercase\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>the District has\u00a0 contracted with Great West Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA(THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT); and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px\"><span style=\"font-size: 15.2px\"><strong>WHEREAS,\u00a0<\/strong>in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px\"><span style=\"font-size: 15.2px\"><strong>WHEREAS,\u00a0<\/strong>in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted;
