A RESOLUTION FOR WELLHOUSE LAWN MAINTANENCE COMPENSATION…<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:<\/h2>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and\u00a0WHEREAS<\/strong>, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns<\/p>\n

WHEREAS<\/strong>, over the past several years, Tom Carroll, a District resident, has been responsible for the irrigating, mowing and trimming of the District’s Well house property<\/p>\n

WHEREAS<\/strong>, hiring a private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money<\/p>\n

WHEREAS<\/strong>, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $200.00 to the Carroll account for excellent maintenance of District property<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED<\/strong>, that the District authorize a payment to the Tom Carroll’s water district account in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred dollars).<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span>\u00a0that the District authorizes the water credit applied to the Carroll water account.<\/p>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd of September, 2022<\/p>\n
