{"id":16675,"date":"2022-03-24T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16675"},"modified":"2022-03-24T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2022-03-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16675","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2022-03-24"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>March 24th, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call:\u00a0 Meggan, Cyndie, Michael, Paula, Dusty<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 Motion to approve minutes as posted made by Meggan, seconded by Michael.\u00a0 Motion carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information:\u00a0 Financial report report for February read by Meggan.\u00a0 Motion to approve made by Paula, seconded by Michael.\u00a0 Motion carried, financials approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:\u00a0 Registration of entity for grant-\u00a0 Dunn &amp; Bradstreet still had Mike Lilley on file.\u00a0 Cyndie had to re-submit all information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New contract with Julissa:<\/strong>\u00a0Cyndie met with Julissa and resolved some questions about bookkeeping.\u00a0 A new contract was written and will be discussed at the next meeting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Board review of County bookkeeping with District comparison up for discussion:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The board discussed some of the county&#8217;s finacial reporting procedures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project update:<\/strong>\u00a0 The project is ongoing.\u00a0 DEQ- we need to post categorical exclusions for water project for further environmental review.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meter replacement:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>There was a bad meter at the Griffing house.\u00a0 Michaelson Plumbing replaced it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage tank lot:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Ray can&#8217;t do the weed wacking at the storage tank lot.\u00a0 Board will try to find someone new to do it.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sign duty:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Cyndie will do signage for April.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Motion made to adjourn made, seconded and passed, meeting adjourned.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes March 24th, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department Roll Call:\u00a0 Meggan, Cyndie, Michael, Paula, Dusty Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 Motion to approve minutes as posted made by Meggan, seconded by Michael.\u00a0 Motion carried, minutes approved.
