font-weight: bold; font-size: normal;\">BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">WHEREAS<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\"><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, over the past several years, Tom Carroll, a District resident, has been responsible for the irrigating, mowing and trimming of the District&#8217;s Well house property<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\"><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, hiring a private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\"><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $200.00 to the Carroll account for excellent maintenance of District property<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px;
