Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n

Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n

August 12th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n

Roll Call: Dusty, Cyndie, Meggan, Michael, Paula<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve last month’s meeting minutes made by Dusty, seconded by Meggan.\u00a0 Motion carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information: Meggan read the June financials from the county.\u00a0 A motion to approve as read made by Dusty, seconded by Paula and approved.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n

Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n

Water ordinance review project ongoing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Document organizing in shed on well field will be done when weather cools off.\u00a0 Cleanup at the booster station scheduled for October 11 at 5:15.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adler meter- Cyndie thinks the button for the reader needs to be replaced.\u00a0 She and Michael will see if they can repair it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cyndie has sent the meter remote reader for repair.\u00a0 We still have one working meter reader.<\/span><\/p>\n

Michael renewed the domain for the website for two years.<\/span><\/p>\n

New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n

Julissa has been having trouble with the Quicken program and would like to purchase an updated version.\u00a0 \u00a0She should be getting us a price for the upgrade.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cyndie had a discussion with the Sensus meter representative about the benefits of a new meter type.\u00a0 She (the representative) may come to a board meeting to discuss the new meters with the board.<\/span><\/p>\n

The board credit card is due to expire later this year.\u00a0 \u00a0Cyndie will discuss payment options other than using a credit card with the county and report to the board.<\/span><\/p>\n

Waiting to hear from Great West about funding for the system upgrade project.<\/span><\/p>\n

The last of the booster station repairs are done.\u00a0 The pressure tank replacement and the wrap for the tank vent are completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

A motion was made to give Tom Carrol a $60.00 bill credit for mowing and watering the well lot.\u00a0 Dusty made a motion, Meggan seconded and motion passed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cyndie brought literature about a program to give system users with financial need assistance.\u00a0 Dusty reviewed it and Meggan is investigating further.<\/p>\n
