Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n

June 10th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n

Roll Call: \u00a0Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum<\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Minutes:Motion to approve minutes as posted on the website made by Meggen, seconded by Dusty and carried, \u00a0minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Information: \u00a0Financial report for April read by Meggan and discussed by the board. \u00a0Motion to approve made by Dusty, seconded by Michael, motion carried and report approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n

Old Business: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Water use ordinance review ongoing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fence repair- Cyndie has contacted Mr George about the fence repair, he did not seem toomconcerned. \u00a0She is waiting a further response.<\/span><\/p>\n

US Census- Dusty has completed and sent in the paperwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

Digital dociment signing- Michael had found software that can be used for inserting a digital signature into a pdf.<\/b><\/p>\n

Clean up at the tank and booster station date tba.<\/b><\/p>\n

Filing of papers in the storage shed date(s) tba.<\/b><\/p>\n

New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n

Project contract for system upgrades and repairs recieved from Great West. \u00a0Cyndie reviewed the list of items that need to be completed for the uniform applications with the board. \u00a0Dusty will review the contract and make recommendations. \u00a0He will also look into process for obtaining stimulus money.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sewer lot- Steve Postma notified Cyndie there was a deer carcass on the sewer lot. \u00a0He put some lime on the carcass, and subsequently removed the carcass. \u00a0The board agreed to issue a $60.00 credit for the removal.<\/span><\/p>\n

The contractor who was going to mow the lot is having equipment problems. \u00a0Meggan \u00a0will call to find a new contractor.<\/span><\/p>\n

System water sampling results have been submitted late recently, Cyndie will contact Andy to determine what is the delay.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bond payment- Motion to approve bond payment made by Dusty, seconded by Michael, motion carried and bond payment approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

The board discusses increasing compensation for Julissa. \u00a0Motion to increase compensation $100 per month made by Dusty, seconded by Paula, motion carried and raise approved.<\/span><\/p>\n
