A RESOLUTION 2021-01<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:<\/h2>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District has issued bonds through the DNRC’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0said bonds have a payment due on or about January 14, 2021; and<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the amount of the payment due is $5,618.00 (five thousand six hundred\u00a0eighteen dollars and 00 cents);<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District’s payment will be transmitted by Missoula County to the appropriate recipient.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/span> that the District\u00a0authorizes payment as required by the SRF program. \u00a0It further directs any or all board members to sign whatever documentation is required to facilitate prompt payment.<\/span><\/p>\n
