MEETING WAS HELD ON ZOOM DUE TO COVID 19.\u00a0 ZOOM LINK IS AVAILABLE ON HOME PAGE OF WEBSITE.\u00a0 The Link is a reoccurring link until June.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Roll Call:<\/span>\u00a0 Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum<\/p>\n Approval of Minutes:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Financial Information:\u00a0 Board discussed August and September financial reports.\u00a0 There were some questions that Meggan will contact Julisa about.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n Motion to approve postponed until next meeting so questions can be answered before motion to approve.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n Old Business:\u00a0 Sewer project still has not been completed.\u00a0 Fletcher bill has been reviewed and will be paid.\u00a0 Other invoices will be paid after they have been reviewed.\u00a0 Lines have not been photographed yet as of meeting time.\u00a0 Some complaints were reported to Cyndie who relayed them to Andy Mefford, our system operator.\u00a0 Paula will try to put photographs of the project from emails on the home page of the site so people can see why we are spending money.<\/span><\/p>\n System water usage review postponed.<\/span><\/p>\n Director compensation resolutions approved.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Easements for system improvements were approved, but easment measurements needed to be widened, homeowners notified about re-write, documents re-written.<\/span><\/p>\n Loan application for improvements to system is being worked on by Cyndie.\u00a0 She will reach out to Anna Miller at State Revolving Fund for assistance.\u00a0 Hopefully the previous loan paperwork submitted by Mike Lilley can also be referenced.<\/span><\/p>\n Contribution to Fire department for using their space for meetings.\u00a0 The room was reserved for us for every month of the year.\u00a0 There were covid cased associated with the Fire Station one month, so we held that meeting and the following at the Well field on Highway 200.\u00a0 The board agreed to a $325.00 contribution.\u00a0 Motion made by Paula & seconded by Dusty, motion carried and donation approved.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Budget- Meggan working on Budget projection for this year.\u00a0 Will be discussed further next month.<\/span><\/p>\n New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n Homeowner use of district tools:\u00a0 We had a homeowner who needed to shut off the water to their house to repair a hose hydrant in their yard.\u00a0 The water service line shut off valve to each house is the responsibility of the homeowner.\u00a0 The District has tools to shut off water to each house and a wrench to take off the 5 sided security nut that attaches the cap to the curb boxes.\u00a0 These can be accessed, but the homeowner can also have their own so they can shut off their own water to their house whenever it is needed.\u00a0 We have a lot of new homeowners on the system that might not be aware that they can own their own tools to shut off their own water.\u00a0 Andy thinks it is probably a good idea for the homeowner to access the valve and open and close it every couple of years in the summer months so it is easier to turn if it needs to be shut off.\u00a0 Homeowners can also shut off the water inside of the house and may not be interested in this, but it is information to have available to them.
