font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-weight: bold; line-height: 24px; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; font-size: 22px; text-transform: uppercase;\"><strong>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\"><span class=\"resolved\" style=\"text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: bold;\">WHEREAS,<\/span>\u00a0the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">WHEREAS, over the past several years, Mike Huber, a District resident, has been responsible for the trimming and weed mitigation of the District&#8217;s Booster station property<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">WHEREAS, hiring a private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $60.00 to the Huber account for excellent maintenance of District property<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a payment to the Mike Huber&#8217;s water district account in the amount of $60.00 (sixty dollars).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 9px; font-family: Garamond; font-size: 13px;\">PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th of September.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"resolved\">WHEREAS,<\/span> the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A;
