{"id":16627,"date":"2020-09-10T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-11T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16627"},"modified":"2020-09-10T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2020-09-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16627","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2020-09-10"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>September 10th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: A motion was made to approve the minutes as posted on the website.\u00a0 Motion seconded and carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Mefford, our water system operator with PCI, came to report on maintenance items discussed at the August meeting.\u00a0 Items he reported on included:<\/p>\n<p>Estimates of replacing the water service line to the Singer house, the Cox house and the George house.\u00a0 3 options for directional drilling of the line were discussed.\u00a0 All were expensive.\u00a0 \u00a0This line has been an ongoing problem, the piping is obsolete.\u00a0\u00a0The board is exploring financing for these repairs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The sewer system manhole covers for sewer line access have settled over the years.\u00a0 Many are below grade, some are undetectable.\u00a0 They need to be brought up to grade and made accessible for service access.\u00a0 Andy brought estimates.\u00a0 He said the excavator would like Board members to meet with residents before any work was to be performed.\u00a0 Andy, Cyndie and Paula agreed to meet with district members to discuss the project on Wednesday, September 16.<\/p>\n<p>The septic tanks were pumped, Andy was notified there was a &#8220;loose wall&#8221; in the first vault of the tank when pumping occurred.\u00a0 Andy will get clarification on this.<\/p>\n<p>Andy spoke about the inspection of the pressure tank at the booster station on the hill.\u00a0 It will be inspected and a decision will be made after inspection.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Andy also brought the Board a list of contractors for the board to call should a problem arise when he is not available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Information:\u00a0 <\/strong>Meggan read the July and year end\u00a0financial reports from the county.\u00a0 A motion was made to approve and seconded, motion carried and financials approved.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Board members made a list to designate who will put out the meeting signs for each month.\u00a0 Michael will do Oct &amp; Nov, Dusty will do Dec and Jan, Meggan will do Feb and Mar, Cyndie will do April, Paula will do May, Jun, July.\u00a0 ??
