{"id":16616,"date":"2020-05-14T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-15T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16616"},"modified":"2020-05-14T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2020-05-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16616","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2020-05-14"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>May 14th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call:\u00a0 Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum.\u00a0 Dian Fuentes also attended.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 Motion made by Dusty, seconded by Michael to approve the minutes as posted on the website.\u00a0 Motion carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information:\u00a0 April financial report read, Michael made a motion to approve, Dusty Seconded.\u00a0 Motion carried, Financials approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Julissa, the system bookkeeper and meter reader came to the meeting.\u00a0 Her contract was discussed.\u00a0 the only change made to the contract was to establish 30 days notice for termination from either party instead of having a fixed expiration date.\u00a0 Dusty moved to approve the contract, Paula seconded.\u00a0 Motion carried, contract approved.\u00a0 Invoice for P.O. box rental and Linode server have been received, Julissa authorized to pay them.<\/li>\n<li>Freer meter has been replaced.<\/li>\n<li>Fontaine meter reading issues resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bond payment- Paula made a motion to prepare a resolution for bond payment to be made at the next meeting.\u00a0 Dusty seconded.\u00a0 Motion carried, bond resolution will be completed at the next meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Mowing the Sewer lot- Cyndie has found a contractor who will mow the sewer lot for $200 per time.<\/li>\n<li>Work on the Sewer lot- Andy Mefford with PCI, the water system operator will coordinate inspection of the sewer system to coordinate with the pumping of the septic tank(s).<\/li>\n<li>Domain name expiration- Cyndie will look into expirateion and renewal of our domain name.<\/li>\n<li>The board discussed who would put out the meeting notice signs and who the board might get to trim weeds at the booster tank lot on the hill.\u00a0 Will check whether Ray Powell would be willing to trim the weeds in exchange for a bill credit.\u00a0 Discussion of sign placement continues, may be decided on a monthly basis depending on who is available.<\/li>\n<li>A thank you card was signed and gift sent to Janet Lilley.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Meggan made a motion to adjourn, Paula seconded.\u00a0 Motion carried, meeting adjourned.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes May 14th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department Roll Call:\u00a0 Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum.\u00a0 Dian Fuentes also attended.
