{"id":16601,"date":"2019-11-06T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-07T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16601"},"modified":"2019-11-06T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-11-07T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2019-11-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16601","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2019-11-06"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>November 6th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: \u00a0Board members Cyndie, Dusty, Paula, Barb, Meggan. \u00a0System members Doug Byrne, Michael Bushey and Diana Fuentes attended.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: \u00a0A motion to approve the minutes posted on the website for review was made by Dusty, seconded by Cyndie, motion carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information: \u00a0Still no financial information to close fiscal year 2019 received from the county. \u00a0 Barb ran her won report for the last 4 months and it was read at the meeting. \u00a0The board will review and approve the official county financials when they are received. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;Mickelson plumbing will need to come out and correct wiring on meters they installed. \u00a0They did not have access to the readers when they installed the meters. \u00a0Barb will coordinate to get the reader to them when they come back.<\/li>\n<li>System repairs- Repairs to the storage tank are completed. \u00a0Repairs to the vault yet to be completed, those would be improving the drainage and caulking the lid.<\/li>\n<li>Paula purchased 3 file cabinets from campus surplus for document storage in the shed on the well lot. \u00a0Meggan and Jacob Quigley helped with picking them ip at U of M and moving them into the shed. \u00a0The board \u00a0plans to move the records that have been stored in the storage tank pump house to the shed soon so they can be filed. \u00a0Tentatively planned for Saturday Nov 9.<\/li>\n<li>The board will be changing the monthly meeting time to the second Tuesday of the month at 6 pm. \u00a0This will eliminate conflict with meetings falling on holidays such as Independence Day and New Years Day. \u00a0The system members will be notified by mail and the new meeting time will begin in January 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;Board member resolution: \u00a0A motion was made to approve board member compensation of $30.00 per meeting attended. \u00a0Dusty mad the motion for compensation, Cymdie seconded, motion carried, compensation approved.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;Dusty made a motion to give a donation of $350.00 to the East Missoula Fire Department in appreciation for the use of their space for meetings in their location, for both 12 regular and occasional extra meetings. \u00a0Paula seconded, motion carried and donation approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment: \u00a0Paula made a motion to adjourn, Dusty seconded, motion carried, meeting adjourned. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes November 6th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department Roll Call: \u00a0Board members Cyndie, Dusty, Paula, Barb, Meggan. \u00a0System members Doug Byrne, Michael Bushey and Diana Fuentes attended.
