{"id":16595,"date":"2019-09-04T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-09-05T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16595"},"modified":"2019-09-04T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-09-05T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2019-09-04","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16595","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2019-09-04"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>September 4th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: \u00a0Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty deschamps, Paula Niccum<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New system members who purchased the Pummill home\u00a0 Michael Bushey and Diana Fuentes and Andy Mefford from PCI also in attendance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve minutes as posted on website made by Cyndie, seconded by Meggan, motion carried, minutes approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information: June report from county is not finalized, so no year end report available either. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Andy Mefford gave update on system repair and improvement projects. \u00a0Most work complete, chlorination will end soon. \u00a0Tank divers have completed their work, tank looks good. \u00a0Caulking partially completed from the inside, but also needed to done from the outside. \u00a0They will be brought back to do some more. \u00a0Mixer installed and working well. \u00a0Andy is looking at ways to address the drainage of the vault next to the tank, possibly cleaning out the drain line, possibly diggin it up. \u00a0He suggested some other improvements in the spring such as making some of the manhole covers accessible, and improving the road to the tank.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Singers called Cyndie because they had low water pressure.
