{"id":16580,"date":"2019-05-01T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-02T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16580"},"modified":"2019-05-01T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-05-02T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2019-05-01","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16580","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2019-05-01"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>May 1st, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: <\/span>Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.\u00a0 Also in attendance was resedent Perry Hilderman.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes:\u00a0 <\/span>Approval of minutes postponed until they could be posted on site.\u00a0 Motion to approve will be made after review by all members via email.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>March financial report from county read by Cyndie.\u00a0 One $30.00 ACH charge was questioned.\u00a0 Cyndie will investigate, motion to approve will be made after investigation, possibly at next meeting.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perry Hilderman pointed out concerns with drainage from the hillside running down into the street.\u00a0 Barb said the drain at the bottom of the hill had silted over and would not drain.\u00a0 Board determined the situation to not be a Water Board responsibility, but agreed that residents should contact\u00a0 the county commissioner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repairs to the system will occur after chlorination is complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discussion of sewer lot mowing- Should we pay Ray more money, or Find someone else to mow?\u00a0 Options are being considered.<\/li>\n<li>Fontaine meter needs to be replaced.\u00a0 Janet did average billing for last statement.\u00a0 New meters will be purchased.
