{"id":16576,"date":"2019-03-06T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-03-07T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16576"},"modified":"2019-03-06T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-03-07T01:00:00","slug":"minutes-2019-03-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16576","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 2019-03-06"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>\u00a0<\/h1>\n<h1>\u00a0<\/h1>\n<h1>Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District<\/h1>\n<h2>Meeting Minutes<\/h2>\n<h3>March 6th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Roll Call: Dusty Deschamps, Megan Quiggley, Paula NIccum, Barb Powell.\u00a0 Homeowner Tom Walter also attended.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Approval of Minutes: <\/span>A motion was made to approve the minutes as posted on the website.\u00a0 Motion seconded and caried, minutes passed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Financial Information:\u00a0<\/span>None.\u00a0 The payment to the State Fund had not been found by the county and the State Fund could not\u00a0locate it.\u00a0 A payment was made on the water system credit card, payment stopped on the check and all related information sent to Janet, our bookkeeper.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Reigard Property was sold to their son.\u00a0 There was a month&#8217;s difference in payment for service, because he made the payment and so did the title company. \u00a0A resolution was written by Janet and approved to reimburse Mark Reigard for overpayment of sewer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Public Input:<\/span> None.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A resolution to add Megan Quiggley to the board was approved and signed.<\/li>\n<li>The board received an invoice for inspection work by Andy Mefford of PCI to find possible sources of bacT hits and possible remediation.<\/li>\n<li>The board discussed the work proposed by Andy and how to proceed.\u00a0 Dusty will find out about the legal requirements for doing so.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Andy came to the meeting to explain the proposed maintenance activities.\u00a0 He will communicate with the DEQ.\u00a0 Cindy will pull a daily water sample.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>A motion was made by Dusty to implement the plan according to Andy&#8217;s reccommendations.\u00a0 Chlorination will begin March 15th.\u00a0 Meggan seconded, the motion carried.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">New Business:\u00a0 <\/span>None<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adjournment: \u00a0Motion made, seconded and passed, meeting adjourned.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>District Website: http:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/<\/li>\n<li>Respectfully submitted by Paula Niccum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Meeting Minutes March 6th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department Roll Call: Dusty Deschamps, Megan Quiggley, Paula NIccum, Barb Powell.\u00a0 Homeowner Tom Walter also attended.
